This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing legal practice area in a role which will combine hands on administration, supporting our operations and a high level of customer engagement. The chosen candidate will provide assistance on a range of legal work and operational issues, getting to know our customers, legal team, reporting requirements and processes.

Within the ES / Ignite team we employ professional lawyers, managers, operational process experts, paralegals and technology experts - combining together in highly effective structures, working with advanced technology.

We embrace new working methodologies driving cost and quality improvements through our systematised case management approach. This eliminates waste whilst automating and simplifying processes.

Key responsibilities:

acting as first point of contact to client for process and project matters;
managing / mentoring junior members of the account executive team
proactivity developing the tools and methodology used to support client management
attendance at client meetings/calls, reporting on progress;
manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders;
create and develop processes for managed legal services - adapting system requirements and changes into legal team processes;
create and develop reporting solutions, including automation of reporting
recurring report production
continuously strive to improve processes and address problems;
develop project plans and manage resource to ensure delivery of these project plans;
develop and train Paralegals on internal processes;
act as point of escalation for Paralegals on day to day queries;
project management and delivery of own assignments.

Skills and experience:
strong IT skills, excellent proficiency in Microsoft excel, office and visio (preferred).
aptitude for/experience of using IT systems to generate and design reports
keen interest in AI and system development
excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data in order to draw conclusions and assign actions
excellent organisational skills
an articulate communicator, by email, telephone and in person
time management and ability to meet project deadlines and work under pressure
excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client communications and deliverables
excellent and adaptable verbal and written communication skills
the ability to absorb and summarise information succinctly
ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines and respond positively to changing requirements
